1.Concept Design
Concept design generally takes place after feasibility studies and options appraisals have been carried out and a project brief has been prepared. Concept is prepared with space planning the space plan will define the circulation patterns that show how people will move through the space. The plan is finished by adding details of all the fumiture, equipment and hardware placement. This is done for corporate, retail, and FER sectors.
2.Presentation
3D development of the concept for client approval is made with 3D visuals A quick rendered view with sketchup visuals is made as per client requirements.
3.Detailed design
Detailed design is the phase where the design is refined and the shop drawings get prepared for project execution and can also go for authority approvals. These are the skeleton basics based on which the entire project gets executed.
4.Authority Approval
Urbane design works with all approvals from all local authorities.Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence, TECOM, DCCA, DMCC , JAFZA, TARKHEES, DEWA, DSO.
Urbane Design provides a fully experienced team who already have relationships with authorities and facility management companies or Firms. We discuss project requirements with the appropriate local authority departments and take their comments and views into account during the early design phase.
